Hi there,

It’s no secret that I am huge fan of the Loft clothing. I have had three shopping events there since I started blogging. I wanted to compile some outfits for you that I brought or tried on. There are some great transition pieces for fall. Let me know what you think. I will link these whole looks for you so all you have to do is click on one link! If the item is available in more than one size, I added it to the links.

I think this look is one of my personal favorites. The polka dot jeans are so different, I was drawn to them. Look at that sleeve detail on the tank! 💖

Black top and jeans outfit

This grey top is adorable. On the shoulders and the back is a cut out detail and it ties in the back. You could dress this top up or down. Throw on a pair of dress pants or a skirt. Don’t forget about these tulip cuff jeans! How cute are they?!

Grey top and jeans outfit

These are another great pair of jeans. The floral detail on the hem is adorable. This pink blouse pairs perfect with these jeans.

img_2545-1

The pearl button detail on this dress makes it pop! The ruffle hem is a nice touch it makes it look so feminine. Pair this dress with heels or sandals.

This next look is so comfortable. I wore it the night of my event. The back of my striped
top has an adorable button down detail. Sorry I don’t have a picture of it. Check out the frayed hem on these jeans!
Give me all the florals. You could pair this tank with a cardigan for a fall feel.
This next outfit is perfect for an event or a day at the office. The skirt has so many different colors to pair a top with.
Can you tell I have a thing for florals?! This top below can be worn on or off the shoulders. I do dress it up and wear it to work as well.
I just tried this pretty pink floral top on the other day. It could be worn with jeans or
dressed up. The square neck line is a cute detail.
This squared neck top is such a great color for fall. It’s comfortable and has 3/4 sleeves. This is another type of top to dress up or down.
I am loving kimonos this year! I never really worn them till recently. The pop of yellow makes it stand out with the blue. I wore white jeans with it.
Those are some of my outfits ideas from the Loft. I try and post daily pictures on my Instagram page. You can also find more looks on Shop my look. Hope you enjoyed these outfits!

Stitch Fix review September 2018

Disclaimer: This post contains affiliate links. If you use my affiliate link, I may receive a small commission.

Hi there,

September is here! We get to celebrate Labor Day, back to school and fall is on it’s way! Also it’s my birthday month! ☺️ Who’s excited to start wearing sweaters again?! Don’t get me wrong, I love summer but after a while it gets old. I’m so lucky where I live we have four seasons. I’m looking forward to all that fall has to offer. That includes apple picking, fall foliage, football, pumpkin picking, Halloween, wearing warmer clothing and boots!

I want to explain to you what Stitch Fix is if you don’t know already and then I will get into what I received. If you know all about it then you can scroll down and get into the review!

Stitch Fix is a monthly subscription mail order for clothes, shoes, jewelry and accessories. You get 5 items in each box. You set up your personal profile and customize it to your liking. It’s like Christmas in a box every month!! I can’t wait for that brown box to arrive with the Stitch Fix tape on it. I get an email that it shipped out and I track it when it should arrive. Usually in 3 days or less.

Once it arrives, I open the box and get a price sheet with the description of each item. I also get a card which shows each item I received, how to wear it and a personal note from my stylist.

This month my stylist sent me some amazing pieces. I made three complete outfits with the pieces. Listed below is the style card I received for this fix. Now let’s get into what I received.

West Kei- Julianne tie front blouse $44

Tinsel- Brian moto detail skinny pant $50

Report footwear- Hanelli woven peep toe bootie $65

Pom Pom clutch (not from Stitch Fix) it’s on sale for $7.98. Just thought I would share this great deal! Here is the link. Clutch

As soon as I saw this striped top, I knew I had to have it. You can tie the bow in the front or back! It’s so cute and stylish. I decided to keep it! I could dress it up or down depending on the outing.

I really liked these moto pants too. They were a bit tight on me so I would say to get a larger size if you decide to get them. The pants would be great to wear when I go on a motorcycle ride with my husband! Well they are moto pants! I decided not to keep them only because they were a little tight. I can always ask for a size exchange.

I will show you three different ways to style these pants. My stylist sent me three tops to go with them and these adorable neutral peep toe booties too.

Pink clover- Bay cross front detail pullover $44

This next top is I kid you not so soft! I really like the cut out detail in the front. It went well with the moto pants and booties. I could wear the sweater with jeans or dressy pants to wear to work. I’m undecided about this top because I already have a grey top but it’s really so comfy!

Kaileigh- Darcia tie neck blouse $42

This blouse has an adorable ruffle sleeve detail and a tie at the neckline. It is a great color combo with the olive green moto pants. This is another top that you could dress up or down. I think I may keep this one too.

That is my September review of Stitch Fix and the items I received. My stylist did a amazing job matching items to my style. If you decide not to keep all the items, you can return them for free with the enclosed envelope that is prepaid. It’s so easy to do or if you decide to keep all the items, you will receive 25% off your total.

If you’re looking to give a gift that they would love, Stitch Fix offers gift cards. They are actual cards or it can be emailed to that special someone. Here is the link to mail the gift card:  gift card mail. Link to email the gift card:  gift card email .   Link to print your gift card at home: gift card print at home.

My third Sip & Style at the Loft

Hi there,

I hosted my third Sip & Style event at the Loft in Paramus Park mall in Paramus, NJ. It really is a fun night of eating, shopping and mingling with friends and family. It keeps getting better every time I host an event there. I can’t believe all the love and support from my friends and family. It really means a lot to me.

When I first got to the Loft, the store looked amazing and they had food set out for the guests. I was excited to start the event and show them the new items that are in. Bring on the guests!

img_2448

This time I had a special guest, Christy from Christy K Brows. Her studio is located in Englewood, NJ. She offered a complimentary eyebrow shaping for my guests. I personally use her and she is amazing at what she does.

In the pictures below Christy is brow shaping! She does it so well that it doesn’t even hurt! She is an licensed esthetician for 19 years and has a passion for eyebrows! Give her services a try, you won’t be disappointed!

While Christy was brow shaping in the back, I was out mingling with the guests. Shopping is one of my passions so I had no problem helping pick out some clothing for the ladies.

Some people were shopping while others were trying on outfits. This was the fun part. I got to see how the styles look on everyone. How cute are the two below?! They came out of the dressing room in the same outfit!

I even had my own try on session! I will link these looks below if you are interested in any of them.

Stitch Fix review July 2018

Disclaimer: This post contains affiliate links. If you use my affiliate link, I may receive a small commission.

Hi there,

I hope your summer is off to a great start. My family and I went on vacation to California. It was our first time there and we loved it! That is the reason I’m a little late getting this blog post out. I tried to spend more time focused on the family and enjoying the sights.

When I returned home this Stitch Fix box was waiting for me! Oh, I did the happy dance! I couldn’t wait to see what my stylist sent me this month. I’m up to box #55! I love incorporating my new and old pieces together.

I want to let you know what  Stitch Fix is, if you didn’t know already.

She even saw me in my previous posts in a dress I kept and made comments about it. Talk about customizing to each individual.

Listed below is the style card I received for this fix. Now let’s get into what I received.

Vince Camuto – Gidget off the shoulder fitted knit top $68

Just give me all the stripes! I’m loving this adorable top. It has two different color blue stripes which you can see up close in the second picture. This top is great for a night on the town. I paired it with white jeans for summer vibes but you could wear this top all year long. This top maybe a keeper.

Skies are blue – Kirstie crochet shoulder blouse $58

This pretty floral tank top is perfect for summer. It has a crochet detail on the sleeves, it’s such a feminine touch. I wore this top with shorts but you could also wear it with white or blue jeans. It was a little loose on me so I would suggest sizing down. I did return it but with Stitch Fix if you want to see if they have an item you like in your size, you can ask them.

Market & Spruce – Milena embroidered cotton caftan dress $88

I felt like a Grecian goddess in this dress! The embroidered detail is so cute. It’s lightweight and comes with a slip underneath. This is a great vacation dress, it gives off beach vibes. It could also be worn out and about. This could also be a keeper.

Market & Spruce – Lorraine short $54

I must say that Market & Spruce make some of the comfiest shorts I have ever brought. They are made with Lycra. Super stretchy, comfy and they come in different colors. I paired this with a tank I already had. I did return these because I do have enough shorts for now.

Kut from the kloth- Candace split hem skinny jean $78

So it’s no secret that Kut from the kloth is one of my favorite designer of jeans. I just love their styles and comfort. It’s a bummer that I already have a pair of red jeans otherwise I would of kept them.

My stylist did a great job matching items to my style. If you decide not to keep all the items, you can return them for free with the enclosed envelope that is prepaid. It’s so easy to do or if you decide to keep all the items, you will receive 25% off your total.

Stitch Fix review May 2018

Disclaimer: This post contains affiliate links. If you use my affiliate link, I may receive a small commission.

Hi there,

It’s May and Mother’s Day is upon us. Happy Mother’s Day to you! We also have Memorial Day at the end of the month too. That means summer is coming soon!

This month I did put in a request from my stylist Anna for a romper and spring clothing items, well she did deliver. You shall request and you shall receive!

I received my #52 Stitch Fix box this month. I’ll show you each item and let you know what I thought of them. I’ll also let you know what I decided to keep.

I want to let you know what Stitch Fix is, if you didn’t know already.

She even saw me in my previous posts in a top I kept and made comments about it. Talk about customizing to each individual.

Listed below is the style card I received for this fix. Now let’s get into what I received.

41 Hawthorn – Cristen shirt dress $78

When I first saw this dress I wasn’t sure what to think. I put it on and loved it! It’s something I probably wouldn’t of brought in the store. That’s the beauty of Stitch Fix. You get to try clothing you possibly wouldn’t try at the store. I paired this pretty floral dress with wedges. I decided to keep it and I’m wearing it to a Communion this weekend. It’s a perfect spring dress.

Soaked in luxury- Magalie v-neck pocket knit tee $48

This next item is this v-neck tee. I know why it’s called soaked in luxury, the material is so soft! I wore this top in a casual way with my shorts and sandals. You could also wear it with jeans. I do love the color but honestly I’m not crazy about the pocket. It is a cute top. I decided to send it back. If it came without a pocket, I would of kept it!

Chaser- Darce Raglan knit pullover $58

My third item is this cute graphic sweatshirt. It says Sunday fun day, isn’t that the truth! It’s nice to be off work and home with the family. It’s really soft and comfy. I paired it with a pair of my distressed jeans and kicks. I decided not to keep it because I want more lightweight clothes for spring. It was a tough decision though.

RD Style- Bryanna knit romper $68

I asked my stylist for a romper in this fix. I paired it with a jean jacket and wedges. It has a drawstring waist. I decided not to keep it because I would of preferred a romper with sleeves. I didn’t specify that in my request, it’s my bad! Maybe my next fix, I’ll have one with sleeves.

Collective Concepts- Maire wrap front blouse $54

My last item is this floral wrap blouse. It’s really adorable for spring or summer. I paired this top with my white jeans and my new favorite blush flats. I loved the print but the material wasn’t that soft. I sadly decided to send it back.

My stylist Anna did a great job matching items to my style. I kept 1/5 items.

If you decide not to keep all the items, you can return them for free with the enclosed envelope that is prepaid. It’s so easy to do or if you decide to keep all the items, you will receive 25% off your total.

If you’re looking to give a gift that they would love, Stitch Fix offers gift cards. It’s a great present for Mother’s Day! They are actual cards or it can be emailed to that special someone. Here is the link: Stitch Fix gift card.

White jeans are a wardrobe staple

Disclaimer: This post contains affiliate links. If you use my affiliate link, I may receive a small commission.

Hi there,

I think one of the most important staples to a wardrobe is white jeans. Remember back in the day when everyone use to say you can’t wear white after Labor Day, well not no more! That’s old school! You can wear white whenever you want. Of course it is more popular in spring and summer.

I myself love white jeans or capris. You can dress them up or down. I can dress the jeans up to wear them to work with a cute blouse or dress them down with slip on sneakers and a tee shirt.

White jeans are so versatile. I’m going to show you some outfits with the jeans and jean capris. I’ll also include links if your interested in purchasing them.

This first look is great for a night out or to wear to work. I dressed it up with my pearl flats and a cute clutch. I linked a similar top. This brand of jeans are my favorite. They are not see through and are comfy.

Top link: Top  similar

Jeans link: White jeans

Flats link: pearl flats

This next outfit is with white jean capris. These are great for a more casual look but you could dress it up with wedges or heels. I like wearing these when it’s to hot to wear jeans but not hot enough for shorts.

Top link: Top – only available in plus size now

Jeans link: White jeans  similar pair

Sneakers link: Sneakers similar pair

This next look I dressed up with a pair of wedges. You could also dress it down with sneakers. I have both ways posted to give you ideas on how to style this look.

Top link: Pink top

Jeans link: White jeans

Sneakers link: Sneakers  similar pair

Wedges link: Wedges  similar pair

I hope you can get yourself some white jeans or capris or already have them in your closet. It’s a great alternative to regular blue jeans and they make an outfit pop with color!

Stitch Fix review March 2018

Disclaimer: This post contains affiliate links. If you use my affiliate link, I may receive a small commission.

Hi there,

It’s March already but we are still getting snow here in New Jersey! Where is the warmer weather, the crocuses, green grass, open windows, wearing lighter clothes and jackets?! I know it’s coming but not soon enough.

Well my March fix is starting to get me ready for spring. I have the itch and it better come soon.

This month Stitch Fix started something new called extras. What it means is that you can add these items below to your Fix in addition to the five items you already received. I added a few items to my next fix so I will update you next month on what I thought about it.

I received my 50th box this month! I have been participating with Stitch Fix for over four years. I really have accumulated some great pieces over the years. My stylist Anna sent me another great box. We will get into that shortly. I’ll show you each item and let you know what I thought of them. I’ll also let you know what I decided to keep.

I want to let you know what Stitch Fix is, if you didn’t know already.

Listed below is the style card I received for this fix. Now let’s get into what I received.

Madison Lily- Cora back detail pullover $38

This red top has an adorable back criss cross detail. The material is soft and comfy. I paired this top with my jeggings and booties. This top would look great with white jeans as well. I decided not to keep it because my hair is longer in the back and you won’t see the detail much. It’s really cute though!

Adelyn Rae – Makaila cold shoulder blouse $58

I have to honest, when I first looked at this blouse out of the box I wasn’t crazy about it. Then when I put it on and took a picture I really liked it! That’s why you have to try all the items on. It may not be your style but once you try it, you could like it.

I decided not to keep it but I may ask for my stylist to send it next month. I checked out before I tried it on. What a bummer!

Chaser- Myrtie open sleeve detail pullover $58

Next up is this open sleeve pullover top. This top is really soft and lightweight. I have one similar in pink otherwise I would of kept it. I really like the olive color and design. I went for a casual look with my distressed jeans and kicks. You could totally dress up this top too!

Good Hyouman- Ravi graphic detail legging $79

These leggings are stretchy, comfy and stylish! Whether your going out and about, going to the gym or hanging home these are perfect for that. I decided not to keep them because I have a few pairs of leggings.

Driftwood- Kacey pearl embellishment scissor cut hem skinny jean $114

I have been wanting to get a pair of these jeans but never found the right fit until now. I really love the pearl detail and the skinny fit. I paired the jeans with my lace top, cardigan and booties. You can dress these jeans up or down.

My stylist Anna did a great job matching items to my style. I kept 1/5 but I may ask for the cold shoulder top next time.

Here is the link: Stitch Fix gift card.
